Detailed house description
With lots of love, charm and attention to the detail, this villa / finca was planned and built by the German architect & owner in 1994. It was used as a private holiday apartment by him and his wife. Particular emphasis was placed on the high-quality construction and a uniform design line.
Dark wooden beams, white walls and terracotta tiles characterize the typical Spanish style of Villa Finca. Numerous extras such as a fitness pavilion in the garden with an antique wood stove, a wellness & spa bathhouse with jacuzzi (whirlpool only active in winter), shower, 9m x 5m secluded salt water pool, fish pond and a wonderful BBQ round up the property. On two floors, the villa finca has a main apartment with a living room, dining room, 2 bedrooms, bathroom with jacuzzi tub, dressing room, guest toilet, large kitchen, utility room, covered terrace shower and a cabinet-kitchen.
Another large guest apartment is accessible from the outside and can be used as an additional bedroom with living room and bathroom for two persons.
A highlight is how beautifully situated the property is. It is located at the end of a road and has a wonderful ocean view with mountain panorama. The garden as well as the house is beautifully designed and divided into various planting areas consisting of a rosegarten, vines, ginko trees, palm trees, pomegranates, sicas, coconut palms and more. The practical part is not to be missed at this villa. A large one car garage with extra space for a washing machine also available. In the summer months, the villa finca is cool because of its construction. There is also a slight breeze blowing from the sea due to the slope. In the winter, the hills behind the villa finca keep the cooler winds low. Since the house is equipped with gas central heating and a large fireplace, it is available all year round. In particular guests who would like to spend their christmas holidays in Spain, are welcome to enjoy them here.
